Trial and Refund Policy

• New students may take three trial classes before continuing with a monthly paid plan.
• The trial classes allow the student and parent to assess the teacher, schedule, and course format.

Any payment required for the first monthly plan will be clearly communicated before paid classes begin.

• Once a student begins the paid monthly plan, fees are generally non-refundable for classes already delivered or reserved.
• Refund requests involving exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
• We cannot guarantee that every refund request will be accepted.
• Where a refund is approved, it may exclude classes already completed and any non-refundable transaction charges.
