Quran Courses for Children and Adults

Six courses, all taught one-to-one and online. Every course runs on the same format — 30-minute lessons, five days a week, in English — so the difference between them is what you work on, not how the class is run.

Learn to read the Quran correctly from Alif-Ba-Ta. Ideal for beginners and young learners starting their Quranic journey.

Who it's for

Complete beginners of any age, and children sitting their first structured Quran lessons.

What lessons usually include

  • Recognising and pronouncing the Arabic letters from Alif-Ba-Ta
  • Joining letters and reading short words
  • Harakat, sukoon and madd as they come up in reading
  • Reading aloud with the teacher correcting in the moment
  • Basic Tajweed introduced gradually alongside reading

Master the rules of Tajweed for beautiful, accurate recitation. Suitable for students who can read but want to perfect their pronunciation.

Who it's for

Students who can already read the Quran but want their recitation corrected and refined.

What lessons usually include

  • Makharij — where each letter is formed in the mouth and throat
  • Distinguishing letters that sound similar to an untrained ear
  • Rules of noon saakin, meem saakin and idghaam
  • Lengthening (madd) and stopping (waqf)
  • Reciting aloud every class so errors are caught early

Quran Hifdh (Memorization)

Hifdh Classes — CAD $50/month

Structured memorization support for students committed to becoming Hafiz/Hafiza. We guide, track, and motivate throughout the journey.

Who it's for

Students committed to memorising the Quran, whether beginning with the short surahs or continuing an existing plan.

What lessons usually include

  • A memorization plan set to the student's pace rather than a fixed timetable
  • New portion prepared and recited each class
  • Recent and older revision built into the weekly routine
  • Pronunciation corrected during memorization so mistakes are not locked in
  • Progress reports for parents on request

Hifdh Revision / Revival

Hifdh Classes — CAD $50/month

For those who memorized the Quran but have forgotten portions — we help you revise and reconnect with what you learned.

Who it's for

Anyone who memorised portions of the Quran previously and has lost fluency.

What lessons usually include

  • Working out what is still retained and what needs rebuilding
  • A revision cycle that fits around work or study
  • Re-reading weak portions with the teacher before committing them back to memory
  • A steady rotation so revived portions stay revised

Fun, patient, and engaging Quran lessons designed especially for children aged 5 and above. We make learning enjoyable.

Who it's for

Children from around age 5, including those who have never had a formal Quran lesson.

What lessons usually include

  • 30-minute sessions sized to a young attention span
  • Patient, encouraging teaching with no group pressure
  • Letter and word practice paced to the child
  • Male or female teacher on request
  • Progress reports for parents on request

Flexible class timings for working adults. Learn at your own schedule without pressure. It's never too late to start.

Who it's for

Adults at any level, including complete beginners who feel they have started late.

What lessons usually include

  • Class times arranged around work and family commitments
  • Start from letter recognition, or from wherever your reading is now
  • One-to-one, so there is no group to keep up with
  • Reading, Tajweed or memorization depending on your goal

What every course has in common

  • 30-minute lessons, one student and one teacher
  • 5 classes per week, scheduled around your availability
  • Taught in English, online via Zoom or Google Meet
  • Male or female teacher on request, subject to availability
  • 3 trial classes before you pay anything
  • Open to students anywhere in the world

Not sure which to pick?

You don't have to decide before you start. Choose "Not Sure Yet" on the enquiry form and the teacher will work out the right starting point with you during the trial classes.

As a rough guide: if you can't yet read Arabic script, start with Quran Reading. If you can read but want it corrected, start with Tajweed. If you want to memorise, start with Hifdh.
