Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Students should notify the teacher or the institute as early as possible when they are unable to attend a scheduled class.

• A student may request up to two rescheduled classes per month for classes missed by the student.
• Additional student absences beyond this may be treated as missed classes and may not be rescheduled.

• If a teacher misses or cancels a scheduled class, the student is entitled to a replacement class.
• There is no fixed limit on replacement classes when the teacher is responsible for missing the lesson.

Replacement classes are not required when classes are not held because of an announced public or statutory holiday.

• Rescheduled classes depend on teacher and student availability.
• Missed classes cannot normally be transferred to another student or converted into cash credit.
